Snapshots of Bangkok

Bangkok is a city brimming with energy and colors that capture even seasoned travelers with nauseating excitement. Despite its high temperatures year round, the vibrant energy of the city is contagious; as if there is a natural force that draws visitors in to be part of the mechanisms of the city. No one is left wondering the city like a lost soul. It's way of life is easily adaptable even for first time visitors. Navigating through the infrastructure of the city is like playing a board game for the first time. It leaves travelers feeling giddy with excitement and eager to confront a challenge. The successful integration of Eastern and Western cultures and religions is an avant-garde sophistication rarely seen anywhere in the world. A city that caters to all without losing its own identity in the process is the result of the perfect balance between pride and humbleness by its people. The city's almost constant place as the "World's Best City" in Travel + Leisure Magazine is well earned as it continues to attract travelers from all corners of the globe.

Note: The arrangement of the photos are not in any particular order. I apologize for the quality of the photos as they were quick snapshots I have taken while walking, riding on tuk tuks, boats, elephants and being dragged around by two kids under age 5.
